Abstract

This study's major objective is to investigate reflection's role in education and learning. The research methodology is qualitative and involves a review of the literature to assess the impact of reflective thinking on the professional development of teachers. The findings of this research demonstrate that reflective journal improves teaching abilities and culminates in adaptations to learning methods. Teachers must persistently analyze, engage, and reflect. The educational approach is thus improved and enhanced. Additionally, this method shows how much can be learned from every situation. The professional development of teachers is improved through reflective practice.
