Abstract

The chatbot ChatGPT was created by the young business OpenAI. With the use of this instrument, they can communicate in natural language just like humans. When implementing digital transformation in education, professors and students may fully utilize contemporary software for online teaching and learning; they are no longer only bound to the blackboard and white chalk. As a consequence, a learning environment is progressively created that not only assures the amount of knowledge transferred, but also gives the instructor and student the freedom to actively choose where and when to acquire knowledge. The tendency of society in general and the area of education in particular with the ongoing advancement of science and technology is digital transformation. The use of technology in education has a significant impact, causing several developmental turning points and introducing a number of new instructional approaches that are more sophisticated, successful, and economical for students. People have been significantly impacted by the trend of digital transformation in education so far. ChatGPT's disadvantage is that it lacks precise knowledge. It is trained to gather a lot of text from the internet, and after that, it is educated with human aid to offer conversation that is more natural and helpful. The solutions you receive could seem perfectly sensible to other people working in the same sector, but they might not be. Additionally, OpenAI has designed it to reject unsuitable requests, such as those for racist and sexist content, to maintain network safety
