Abstract

The research objectives were to 1) study the level of learning resources administration in primary schools, 2) study the level of student learning achievement in primary schools, 3) study the relationship between learning resources administration and student learning achievement, and 4) create a predictive equation for learning resources administration affecting student learning achievements of primary schools. The sample consisted of 285 teachers and personnel of primary schools under Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings showed that 1) the administration of learning resources in primary schools is at a high level. There is an aspect of creating responses to the needs of learners and stakeholders with the highest average. 2) Student learning achievement is at a high level. There is the ability to think analytically, think critically, discuss and exchange ideas and solve problems, and the ability to use information and communication technology with the highest average. 3) The relationship between learning resources administration and student learning achievement in primary schools has a positive relationship statistically significantly at the .01 level. There is the motivation of learners and community stakeholders with the highest correlation coefficient (r = .768). 4) three variables in the administration of learning resources can predict the student learning achievements of primary schools: motivation, learners, and community stakeholders (X4), creating a response to the needs of learners and community stakeholders (X2), and the participation of network partners and community stakeholders (X1) that predict students’ learning achievement in primary schools was statistically significant at the .01level, which all three variables could explain the variation in student learning achievement of primary schools under Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, by 66.50 percent (R2 = 0.665)

The equation can be written in raw score form as follows:

 = 2.02 + 0.35 (X4) + 0.37 (X2) + 0.18 (X1)

The equation in standard score form is as follows:

 = 0.54 (Z4) + 0.54 (Z2) + 0.34 (Z1).
