Quantitative assessment of changes in land use/land cover LULC is one of the most efficient means of understanding. The accuracy of various algorithms should be investigated to manage land transformations. The use of LULC mapping is to identify the best classifiers for further Earth observation applications. The remote sensing technique is the most reliable and powerful way to observe land use and land cover change (LULC). Now a days, this land use and land cover change (LULC) mapping is of great importance in scientific research, planning and management. Changes may be identified based on remote sensing data collected at two different times. In this research paper, we propose a new unsupervised supervised approach based on the decimated discrete wavelet transform (UDWT). In urban areas, detection of geospatial disruption is very important. In this paper, a new UDWT transform-domain approach for building binary maps for change detection is first performed on two co-registered images. Change vector analysis (CVA) is then applied to the two temporary images. The result is a modified or unmodified card. Finally, use a Markov chain to predict changes in land-use trends</p> ER -
