Abstract

This article proposes a design for a system that automatically supplies water to farms using a Raspberry Pi 3, a GSM model, relay boards, and a few sensors and motors. Water is a vital component of human life. In agriculture, water is used between 80% and 90% of the time. Water usage is rising along with globalisation and population growth daily. Every nation has the problem of reducing farm water use while still producing fresh, nutritious food. The importance of automation in modern life cannot be overstated. In addition to offering comfort, this system also uses less energy, works more effectively, and saves time. Despite changes in temperature and humidity, our method allows crops to grow continuously, and it also allows us to safeguard plants.
