Abstract

In SiCON aluminum metal matrix composites containing SiCON particles have been attracted to a significant desirable property of mechanical such as high strength, wear resistance and stability. The melt temperature is having a critical parameter while manufacturing process of these composites and this affects the size and the reinforcement particles in the aluminum matrix which influnces the microstructural and propertie sof mechanical properties of the composite material. In this we have review the therotical basis of the effect of melt temperature on the microstructural and properties of mechanical of the composites testing and computation are used in the process of verfication these effects and the result is shown that the higher the temprature meltgenerally leads to larger and more uniformly distributed SiCNO particles in the aluminium matrix and the imporoved mechanical properties such as increased in hardness and tensile strength and wear resistance and high melt temperature can also lead to particle and the behaviouur of the material composite the study of the effect of melt temperaure on the microstructural and mechanical properties of alminum metal matrix composties contaning an important area of research with potential applications The material characterization of the composite material under different processing condition have a particular on the microstructuural analaysis sing scanning electron and diffraction techniques like X-ray and the result which us the melt temperature and has a significant on size of SiCNO and in matrix of aliminum the properties of mechanical of the composite material  the study of effect of melt temperature on the microstructurcal and mechanical properties this experment consist of the melt temperatuuure and certain range and the microstructure and the properties of mechanical of the composite material using test methods like hardness and tensile and wear testing so by this we can process and achieve the desired microstructure and properties of mechanical.
