The Role of Electronic Human Resource Management in Improving Public Administration Performance

This study aims to know the role played by electronic human resources management with its functions (electronic selection, electronic recruitment, electronic training, electronic performance evaluation) in improving the performance of public administration in its dimensions (job performance, improving results, improving the quality of public service, achieving employee and citizen satisfaction) in the Saudi Eastern Province, and to achieve this, the hypothetical deductive approach and the questionnaire were used as a tool for data collection, which was distributed to a sample of the 41 employees of the state of Saudi Eastern Province.
This study has reached several results, the most important of which is that electronic human resources management has a role in improving the quality of public service and achieving the satisfaction of employees and citizens.
