Abstract

Research subject Causal factors affecting industrial business effectiveness in digital industrial promotion zones, Thailand. The objectives are as follows: 1. To study the causal factors affecting industrial business effectiveness in digital industrial promotion zones in Thailand. and 3. to develop a model of industrial business effectiveness in the Digital Industry Promotion Zone and an innovation zone. The researchers used quantitative research techniques. (Quantitative Method) mainly by using survey research techniques and model development research techniques. Structural equations (Structural Equation Model, SEM), and a causal relationship (Casual Model Relationship), are quantitative research results. The researcher has collected additional qualitative data (Qualitative Data Collective) with an in-depth interview technique with the target group (Key Information) to make the research results profound as used to explain the phenomenon. Happened in the field of research. By analyzing the correlation model between the causal factors, including the factors of government support policies, Entrepreneurial characteristics, marketing-focused Social Responsibility Organizational Performance Measurement, and Organizational Effectiveness and the dependent variable was the growth of the organization's profitability, return business confidence with ready-made program to compare the consistency between the developed model. the empirical data by criteria to verify the surface of the model and the acquired empirical data are consistent with the observed data. This is consistent with the analytical results; GFI is 1.000, the adjusted GFI is 0.9680, close to 1, and the root-mean-square-mean-square-index of the section the remainder (RMR) is equal to 0.02104, approaching zero. The research results can be applied to the causal factor model that affects industrial business effectiveness in the Industrial Promotion Zone and Digital Innovation of Thailand for further use.
