Abstract

Mobile ad-hocnetwork (MANET) is a self-organized, infrastructure-free network in which mobile nodes connect with one another over wireless medium based on their basic mutual confidence. This study presents an agent based secure enhanced performance (AB-SEP) strategy for safe routing. The ideal node dependability factor is used to pick agent nodes in this strategy. This component is determined by node performance characteristics suchas degree difference, normalised distance value, energy level, mobility, & ideal hello interval. To assess the performance of the suggested technique, performance measures such as packet delivery ratio, throughput, total packet forwarding, network overhead, end-to-end latency, & percentage of maliciousdetection are compared to traditional systems.
