Abstract

Cloud computing has revolutionized the way organizations store and access data. Increasingly, companies are leveraging cloud-based storage for their data needs, which has enabled more flexibility and scalability. Unfortunately, cloud storage is vulnerable to threats such as data tampering, data theft, and data leakage. To address these challenges, new probabilistic efficient and secure protocols are needed for data storage security in cloud computing. The proposed protocols aim to provide resiliency to malicious attacks by ensuring both data confidentiality and availability. These protocols combine cryptographic techniques such as public-key cryptography, threshold decryption, and access control to provide secure data storage in the cloud. The protocols are also designed to be efficient by incorporating randomness into the system using probabilistic algorithms. Moreover, the protocols leverage homomorphic encryption to provide fine-grained access control and prevent malicious actors from accessing data. The protocols also incorporate multiple layers of defense, including user authorization and authentication, data encryption, data integrity checks, and key distribution mechanisms. This ensures that the secure data storage protocols can support various security requirements in different organization settings. Finally, these protocols provide a framework for monitoring the system. This serves as an additional layer of deterrence against malicious attacks, as it can detect attempts to tamper with data or falsify logs. Overall, the proposed protocols provide an efficient and secure framework for data storage security in the cloud. The protocols offer a comprehensive set of features that enable organizations to protect their sensitive data from malicious actors and data breaches
